Get ready to have your signage be that wow factor of your wedding! When you work with Jenna at Phillips Designs you will receive a one-of-a-kind design. No two signs or installation pieces are replicated within Phillips Designs, they are designed and created JUST FOR YOU. If you are looking for something unique and unlike anything else you have seen, look no further because you have come to the right place!

Personal Engagement

For over a decade Phillips Designs has been apart of the wedding industry. Phillips Designs will work to go above and beyond to make sure you are receiving nothing but the best!  Your day-of signage will be the perfect addition to your big day! Delivery or Pick up

Quality of our signage and installations matter to us. So does making sure you pieces get to your venue on time and look amazing! For the majority of our large installation pieces we offer delivery and set up.  All rental pieces must be picked up & returned.  If you have rental pieces that are in addition to a large install, Phillips Designs will factor that into the delivery and set up.  Pick up of these rentals are available if you are unable to drop off. We are based in Easton, Connecticut and we offer pick up and delivery within a certain mileage, we do not ship.

Getting started

Submit a request form on our contact page.  Any and all details of what your day and what you are interested in will help when creating a personalized estimate. Please don't hesitate to start a conversation, there are many questions you may have that I we'll be happy to answer! We also offer 1 hour consultations, please see below to book!

Proposal & booking

After discussing budget and details of your signage, I will put together a proposal.  Once you are excited to move forward with Phillips Designs a 50% non-refundable retainer will be due with the signing of your estimate/agreement to secure a spot on the Phillips Designs production schedule.

DESIGN &
Proofing

Get ready for the fun part! Once the deposit and signed agreement and proposal are received I will get to work on your designs, sketches & mock ups. In this stage, we will go over the different possibilities, materials, placement of your signage, etc.  One you receive the initial designs from the information I gathered, we will begin to hone in our your personalized pieces!

APPROVAL &
PRODUCTION

Once the final design has been approved, and all details are confirmed, the remaining balance will be invoiced to you and due prior completion of your project.   Once final proofs are approved and payment is received your signage piece(s) will go into production.

Delivery and setup  or Pick up will be discussed once we get closer to your event date.

TIMELINE

A guide for custom Signage

When do I need to book?

Signage will require different timelines based on your specific project. A welcome sign will have a quicker turn around where as a large installation piece requires much more discussion and design. 

How long does it take?

Signage requires time, but most of the time it is a seating chart, which doesn't get allotted the amount of time wished for! But dont worry! We work with your timeline to create a masterpiece! For Custom installation pieces we recommend a consultation to discuss to following things: Timeline, budget, where your piece will go, and what you design entails! We will give you a custom proposal and from there we are off flying in the beautiful world of possibilities! 

For smaller signage (for example a 2'x3' Welcome sign) turn around will be 7-10days after designs are approved.

For larger scale signage (for example a 3'x4' seating chart) turn around will be 10-14+ after designs are approved and once we have received your final guest list/table assignments.

For installation pieces (for example a free standing 4'x8' installation) turn around time will be a 14 day minimum. Timing will depend on the detail as well as what the piece is for (escort wall, drink display, etc.)

With all that said, everyones signage is completely unique and individual and will have their own custom timelines, this will be discussed in the proposal/booking stage.
